Monday

Conditioning Day 1

An exciting conditioning/aerobic class that begins with a dynamic warmup followed by a TABATA style of total body exercises. "TABATA" is a modality used in the fitness industry that involves 20 seconds of maximum effort followed by 10 seconds of rest. This class is designed to get your resting metabolism kicked into gear. Your body is bound to start burning those calories after the weekend.

Tuesday

Lower Body Strength Training

This class is a lower body weights class. Participants will be using barbells, dumbbells and kettle bells to get your lower body stronger and more tone.  If you have never used barbells before, don't worry!  Our expert trainers will assist you!

Wednesday

Boxing & More

Boxing & More is PUSH’s version of a boxing class. Participates will hit heavy bags & speedbags while our trainer yells out different combinations. In addition to boxing, you will also work on various strength & conditioning exercises using slam balls, TRX systems, jump ropes or even your own body weight! This class is one of our most intense aerobic classes offered, pushing your aerobic capacity and caloric expenditure to the next level.

Thursday

Chest, Shoulders & Triceps Strength Training

This class is a upper body weights class. Participants will be using barbells, dumbbells and kettle bells to get your upper body stronger and more tone.  If you have never used barbells before, don't worry!  Our expert trainers will assist you!

Friday

Conditioning Day 2

What we do on Conditioning Day 2 is determined on the programming we have earlier in the week. You can expect a highly aerobics class using kettlebells or some sort of Circuit training with various exercises designed to keep your heart rate up the entire class! 

Saturday

Back & Biceps Strength Training

This class is a upper body weights class. Participants will be using barbells, dumbbells and kettle bells to get your upper body stronger and more tone.  If you have never used barbells before, don't worry!  Our expert trainers will assist you!
