His diverse background includes working in physical therapy clinics, training special forces operators, bodybuilders, youth and college athletes, and general population clients. Javi is dedicated to empowering individuals to reach their goals and live healthier, more fulfilling lives through fitness.

Jeff Wolf
COACH
Jeff, a well-rounded strength and performance coach, brings diverse expertise in strength training, athletic performance, mobility, and biomechanics to the PUSH community. Despite the success of his online business, he has returned to in-person coaching to share his extensive experience. With 13 years in the industry, Jeff has contributed to opening multiple local gyms and online fitness ventures, amassing over 10,000 hours of training. His client experience ranges widely, working with individuals ages 7 to 80+ with varied goals, injuries, and performance backgrounds.

Xander Boudreaux
COACH
Originally from Orlando, Florida, Xander has lived in the Tampa Bay Area for the majority of his life. He began his fitness journey back in 2018, when he traded playing basketball for lifting weights, and is now an NPC classic physique competitor. He enjoys working with all different types of clients including lifestyle clients, youth athletes, and bodybuilding competitors.

Jessica Omyla

Born in Texas, but raised in Florida… Jessica is a young and driven athlete. She strives to support and educate her clients on creating a healthy and well-balanced lifestyle!
Jessica’s passion for fitness began at a very young age when she traveled cross-country as a competitive gymnast. Shortly after earning the 2018 Regional Floor State Championship title, she made a life changing decision and pursued her interest in the study of Human Anatomy and Physiology.
When presented the opportunity, she enrolled into the Biomedical Sciences Program hosted by Project Lead the Way (PLTW). PLTW provided a series courses that allowed her to develop essential skills and knowledge regarding bodily functions, medical interventions, data analysis and more.
