The House Youth Athletics
Strength and Conditioning
(Grades 6th-12th)

A comprehensive program for youth athletes, our strength and conditioning was born from our desire to provide the absolute best for our youth athletes.

Consisting of strength, conditioning, mobility, and speed agility and quickness, this program is optimized to take athletes to new performance heights.

As this is a high level program, all new athletes are required to complete our LEVEL UP Program prior to acceptance.

Team Training
(Individual teams, Clubs, Schools)

Here at P.U.S.H. we are committed to the development of athletes through well designed programming and a genuine commitment to growth. Our team training program is the opportunity for teams to have their own strength and conditioning program tailored to their sport. 

With a focus on injury prevention and athletic development, we are committed to helping keep your team competing and performing.


Personal Training

We are proud to have trainers with experience working with athletes from elementary school to high school and beyond. With personalized workouts, our objective is to help you reach the next level, whether that be by prepping athletes for our strength and conditioning program or on specific goals.
