Recovery sessions

Here at PUSH, we believe that recovery is just as important as training! We offer 30-minute recovery sessions at a very affordable rate. We provide a variety of modalities to our clients during their recovery sessions. Whether you’re needing manual stretching from feeling tight & sore from your last workout or need taping done before your next big game- we can handle it at PUSH! Use the button below to schedule an appointment with one of our trainers for your next Recovery session! 

Modalities Include:

Percussion Massage (TheraGun), Ice, Heat, Manual Muscle Stretching,  Power Dot Smart Muscle Stimulator

power hour youth athlete strength + conditioning program

Starting at $220/month

**In addition to Power Hour, a minimum of 4 personal training sessions per month are required with this membership. 

 

We work with any youth athletes ages 8-18. 

Any sport. Any condition. In season or off season. 

 

We specialize on keeping your athlete on the field in the most effective and safe way possible! 

 

  • Strength Training

  • Aerobics Performance 

  • Mobility/Stability strengthening and stretching 

  • FMS Testing

  • Speed and Agility Training 

  • Fixing imbalances 

  • Active Recovery and Stretching techniques 

  • Sport-specific practice

 

All Youth Athletes will be assessed prior to joining Power Hour.
